regarding our visitors to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself

will be held with care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Information

collected on our website is used to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example,

to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product and company news

with you. This information will only be used by Sapphire Hill Winery, and in limited cases by

Sapphire Hill Winery service providers who are subject to confidentiality agreements and who

share Sapphire Hill Winery commitment to protecting your privacy and data.

Your shopping experience, including your personal and payment information, is safe and

secure. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best

software available today for secure commerce transactions. We use the latest encryption

technologies, rigorous password protections, and stringent limits on the number of people who

have access to your information, all to guard against unauthorized access to the data.

Delivery Standards

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS,

depending on the destination, package size, and shipping requirements. Carrier selection is

made at our discretion to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM

(PT) the day before a shipping day will be held until the next scheduled shipping day.

Delivery Time Standards:

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from the

shipment date.

Expedited Shipping: Not currently offered.

Weather Holds: During periods of extreme heat or cold, shipments may be delayed to

protect product quality (especially wine).

Additional Notes:

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

No P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a

physical shipping address at checkout.

Business Addresses Preferred: To help ensure successful delivery and avoid missed

signature attempts, we recommend using a business address whenever possible.

Adult Signature Required: Alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon

delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

Return and Credit Card Refund Policies

Sapphire Hill Winery guarantees the highest quality of all our wines. If for any reason you are

not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We

will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned

shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
